After spending nearly a decade working in Business Intelligence,
Sam founded Bootstaff with the realization that after spending nearly a decade working in Business Intelligence, that there was a major need for a BPO organization that focused on AI just as much as Analytics. Prior to founding Bootstaff, Sam was previously the Head of Analytics and Data at Kin Insurance (Insurtech) for 3 years, leading the Data Strategy, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering initiatives. Prior to Kin, Sam was a lead consultant at Deloitte Consulting in their Analytics & Cognitive practice, providing data strategy to Fortune 100 companies. Sam most recently was the Vice President of Product and Technology at a large Private Equity backed home services business. Sam is a former licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and has a BA in Accounting (w/ a minor in Economics) from Michigan State University.
